- Once we reach this point, a pair of socks is knitted. Here, we need to sew the toe area of the socks. This requires a sewing machine. Of course, nowadays, good knitting machines can completely eliminate this step.
- After the seam of a pair of socks is completed, it needs to be shaped (i.e., the correct pattern needs to be determined). This involves using a steam setting machine or a high-pressure setting machine, so that the pair of socks can be considered truly finished.
As times have changed, socks nowadays can serve multiple functions, such as odor prevention, warmth, and sports socks suitable for various activities. - Regarding the sock customization process: You provide your ideas or sock samples, and we proceed with the sampling. Once the sampling is completed, we will confirm the pictures first. Then, we will mail them to your shipping address. If you confirm that they are acceptable, we will discuss the packaging method. After determining the packaging method, we will start producing the bulk goods upon receiving your deposit. In about 5 days, we will provide you with the fully packaged bulk goods samples. Once we receive the balance payment, we can arrange for shipment. This is the process for our first cooperation.
